We would like to inform you that starting from February 1, 2026, the base price of all hosting and VPS tariff plans will be updated.
These changes are part of a planned update of our infrastructure and service model, as well as a forced response to external factors that significantly affected the cost of providing services in Ukraine.
As a result of the full-scale war between Russia and Ukraine, significant damage was caused to the country's energy infrastructure. For a long time, data centers have been operating under conditions of power outages, using generators and backup power systems, which significantly increases operating costs.
In addition, the following have increased:
• electricity and fuel costs;
• the cost of equipment, logistics and maintenance;
• the cost of living and, accordingly, the tax burden and personnel costs.
We deliberately maintained the current prices for as long as possible, optimizing internal processes and taking on part of the costs ourselves. However, to maintain the stability of services, their further development and fulfill obligations to customers, tariff adjustments have become necessary.
As part of the update:
• the cost of all tariff plans will be revised;
• some outdated tariffs will be removed from the line;
• migration to a new billing system is underway;
• an updated and more transparent tariff grid is being formed.
Until 02/01/2026, all current services will operate as usual. Detailed information about the new tariffs will be published additionally.
